Any NY/NJ Oppos know of any good car related activities in the the NYC area this weekend? Have a white Gallardo (keeping with the White Wednesday theme) on the streets of NY for your troubles.
I'm heading up tomorrow and will be there until Monday. Probably the only person in America right now heading from relatively warm weather into the Arctic Vortex.

When I was in NYC last year just walking around I saw some cool cars. I'd hit up I classic car club manhattan. I THINK they do tours but I'd doublecheck with their website. Also manhattan motorcars is a dealership with a lot of high end cars, you could probably swing by and have a look around. Sorry I can't be more helpful, I'm not in NY often.

I hear there'll be some great ice sculptures of all sorts of cars? Most even move!....

Polar or Arctic, either way it's damn cold! Thankfully it will be warming up this weekend though, should be in the 40's and 50's there. Not quite what we are used to but much better then the 10's.

I was thinking of walking by CCC since we will be staying near there for part of the weekend. I remember someone from there saying in another post for people to just stop on by if they are in the area. I'd like to check out their cars, especially the early Broncos.
I was hoping there was some inside show like an auction preview or museum display where we could check out some interesting autos. Very unlikely there will be any outside shows this time of year.

Head up to the Classic car club of Manhattan in downtown, there is usually some really cool cars to see, otherwise there will be lots of junk and yellow taxi cabs..

Maybe he can be of some assistance with getting a tour of the place. I don't know of anything happening near the city, it's usually in the Summer that they do car meets in Queens.
